Jeff Kober - From the Disney Institute to Disney at Work and Play!

In the first of this two-part episode, I interviewed Jeff Kober, a writer, columnist, public speaker, and former Disney Cast Member. Jeff shares his earliest Disney memory and many fascinating stories about his time as a Cast Member working with the Disney Institute and how his time there helped elevate guest practices still used today.
